The WESLEYCare Family Medicine Centers provide routine checkups as well as illness and injury care for patients of all ages. When a patient requires a specialist, the clinic staff will coordinate care. The centers see patients by appointment only and are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except holidays. They accept most insurance plans, including Medicare.
Wesley provides a full range of services designed especially for women, from routine outpatient checkups to specialized treatment of the most serious diseases. Wesley’s women’s services prioritize sensitivity, privacy, education and patient involvement in decision-making.
From Wesley’s establishment of the area’s first maternity annex in 1915 to the recent development of the state’s only pediatric emergency department, Wesley is renowned for its broad range of advanced pediatric services. Orthopedics & Surgery
Every year, more than 16,000 surgeries are performed at Wesley, where advanced technology, skilled physicians and experienced staff provide high-quality care. Many of Wesley’s surgical suites are equipped and designed for specific types of surgery, including opthamologic, neurologic, trauma, orthopedic and cardiac operations.
Wesley provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to patients of all ages, with the goal of enabling them to achieve their highest level of functioning independence.
The staff uses a multidisciplinary approach to design individualized treatment programs. Team members maintain close communication with each other and with the patient’s physician, family members and any outside agencies that may be involved. The team helps provide continuous care, from the earliest possible intervention through the transition home or to another facility.

Appointments are arranged upon referral from your health care provider. The clinic also accepts self-referred patients on a case by case basis.
